- The system is made up of a number of components which together make the platform
- Whilst the platform name is new to ML, the system in its different components has been operational for a number of years. It is therefore tried and tested.
- The platform can be used on its own or as part of a wider service delivery wrap including our referral management call centre which are significant daily users of the platform.
Activate is a digital communications platform which makes the flow of information between organisations and patients seamless. This leads to better experiences for patients and increased productivity and reduced costs for healthcare providers. It activates the patient to take positive steps to improve their health and care.
