Showcase DIU's Capabilities - Actively engage with partners to demonstrate DIU's expertise in automation, AI research and development, and digital integration - positioning the Unit as a leader in the field.

Optimise Efficiency and Cost-effectiveness - Reduce overheads and non-pay by driving operational efficiencies and resource optimisation for the NHS.

Lead Digital Research and Innovation - Leverage the expertise of Digital Subject Matter Experts to advance research, innovation and development, working towards being recognised as a national centre of excellence for AI and a thought leader in digital transformation.

Maintain an Agile and Scalable Workforce - Ensure the team structure and skill set remain adaptable, capable of responding flexibly to evolving service demands.
