Supporting Health Innovation West Midlands with Digital Transformation

In April 2026, the Digital Innovation Unit was commissioned by Health Innovation West Midlands to lead a large-scale digital and data assessment across the organisation.

The engagement is focused on reviewing current digital and data capabilities, understanding strategic ambitions, and identifying opportunities to support future transformation. The work includes stakeholder engagement, evidence review, and workshops covering AI, automation, and data infrastructure.
