UBook Service Continues to Grow Across the NHS

Continued growth of UBook as new clients are secured

UBook is an innovative digital booking system that enables NHS staff and services to manage appointments, resources, and room bookings more efficiently, supporting both clinical and non-clinical activities – see more information about our UBook service here.

The UBook platform continues to see strong demand, with renewed hosting agreements and new contracts secured across NHS organisations. These partnerships reflect continued confidence in DIU’s digital solutions and their value in supporting flexible working and estate utilisation.

The DIU has secured over the past 6 months additional service agreements with organisations including Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust and South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust have extended their use of UBook across their new partner hospitals.

UBook's focus going forward is to also target non-nhs organisations to broaden the UBook base of customers.
